HALLOWEEN

Halloween is celebrated on 31^st October in many countries. Although it is mainly celebrated in the U.S.A., Portugal also celebrates this date, especially in schools.  In our school, the 9th grade classes organized a costume contest and the Professional Course of Tourism built a spooky house, which was visited by everyone! There was also a "Hocus Pocus"contest, in which students had to make witch hats, magic wands and brooms with recycled material.

National Pyjama´s Day

National Pyjamas Day is an educational and caring day for children who help other children.

On this day, students from all ages who study in the participating schools, all over the country, come to school wearing their pyjamas and spend the day doing educational and fun activities . 

National Pyjamas Day takes place every year on November 20 .

This is a day during which children remind everyone that “a child has a right to grow up in a family”.

Riverdale

This series is American and the action takes place in a place called Riverdale, a city like any other city.

Everything was calm and peaceful until very strange things began to happen.

The quiet little town of Riverdale is mysterious and powerful but Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge, Jughead Jones, Cheryl Blossom and their friends explore the problems of small town life while investigating other cases. But to solve the mysteries, the group of friends must discover the secrets that are hidden in the city, as Riverdale may not be as innocent as it seems.

The series starts on July 4^th, an important day for the Americans.

This series is on Netfilx.                          

We really like this series because it's about mystery cases and it's also very interesting. It's just the coolest series ever.

Morangos com Açúcar

“Morangos com Açúcar” is a Portuguese series. The main characters are Matilde and Tiago. 

This series takes place in the year 2005, during the summer, and it is broadcast on TVI Fiction and Biggs channel. 

We like this series because we identify ourselves  with the characters.

The series is called “Wolf Blood”, which is presently on RTP2 and SIC K channels.

The main characters are Maddy Smith and Rhydian Morris.

The story takes place in the UK, at school, in the woods and at home.

The series is about some teenagers who live a double life: that of human and wolf.

We like to watch this series because it's interesting. Besides, the main characters are teenagers like us and the supernatural fascinates us.
